Refund policy

Before forwarding a refund request, please verify that no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, that the products have not been used or damaged, and that all original tags are still intact.

Our assistance team will provide you with all the necessary information and guidance to support you throughout the return process.

Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Once the returned items have been received and verified by our warehouse, the refund will be processed, and within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt, you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Care regarding the recredit of your payment.
